Got that? Then read what it means to be staff:

1. First, a staff means a mod or above. It doesn't mean a registered user or a banned user.
2. When you are staff, you must follow the Staff rules, NOT the registered users rules.
3. Remember, if you are a staff and you are inactive, you will get fired and it will be hard to get your position again.

Here's how to be staff:

To be a Moderator...
Being a moderator is your first step if you wanna become admin. Being a moderator is important. It means you are the people with the 4th most power on this site. To be one, you have to atleast have 100 contributions. After you get them, you must win a Moderator Competition and you can be a mod.

To be an Admin...
You must a mod for 2-3 months before getting admin. Also, you have to have done something worthy of getting an admin position. You must have at least 500 contributions, and dont have a record of banning. Also, just because you contribution spam your way to 500, will not get you admin. You must have 500 contributions that are ligament. (not including groudon_celebi1998)

To be Head Admin...
There is already a Head Admin on this site, he is !tom!. And he will stay Head Admin forever, no matter what happens.
