Under The Knife is a game where you become a doctor and do operations with your patients. Your name in the game is Derek Stiles, you are a doctor at Hope Hospital. You rescue a lot of people, you even do operations on bombs. During every operation, there is a time limit and the patient's vital limits number. Every time you do something wrong, then the patient's vital number will decrease. If it reaches 0 or the time limit runs off, then bye bye, you're gone. And another doctor will take over your operation. Every time you finish a successful operation, your rank will increase. The increase of the rank is based on the time remaining, the health level of the patient, and a net score based on the accuracy of the operation.

Graphics: The graphics are really good. Though some times, they are a bit too scary. Like when you use your knife thingy to cut someone, it is very scary. Sometimes, the blood spill out and it's extremely disgusting. But even so, the graphics of the characters are pretty nice, they look very realistic.

Characters: The characters are good, at least they look good. Though I don't like the fact that you have to be called Derek Stiles. I mean, Derek Stiles is a horrible name(sorry if this offended anyone). We should be able to choose our character's name and their appearance. But even so, the other characters are quite good. Though I think there should be more characters, like a rival of some sort.

Difficulty: Man! This game is really hard! Why? Because you don't even get instrucctions of what to do? When I first, played it, it told me to cut out the patient. But how? It didn't say how. It just told me to use the knife. What knife? I mean, there should be more instructions of what to do. Plus, the operations are too hard. The time limit is too fast. It asks people to stop a bomb in 10 minutes! The operations should be easier, atleast make the time limit longer. Because it's impossible!

Sounds: The sounds are pretty good. Especially the sounds during the operations. They're very realistic. Like everytime you cut out a person, the sounds it makes really sound lke you are cutting out a person! In my opinion, the sounds are the best thing in the game.

Overall: Under The Knife is a fun game. Just a bit too hard. It is very unique, it's the first game I ever saw that contains operations.
