Make sure to have the Walk through Walks cheat on.
Okay so you have the ship take you to Full Moon Island. After arriving go to the one room where Cresselia was, then just run to the right.
To get to Shaymin go to the Elite Four Entrance and run to the right and when you get to the stone just run across the water till you see the path.
Sorry if it is a little confusing. Do you find this valuable?

Oh. That was obvious. BTW, I got Mespirit in Lake Varity, but when I battled it, it ran away, where do you find it then? Do you find this valuable?

You have to track it with your Pokedex. It is like a classic Legendary Dog chase. I suggest getting a Crobat or Golbat that knows Mean Look so Mespirit can not flee. Do you find this valuable?
